Accounts

• Uncategorized Income
  • We have 12 of these left, all in the savings account. I cannot edit the account for these transactions using the register or the detailed view (that you see when you hit edit). I honestly think that we imported them incorrectly. They are in as sales receipts, and I think we could solve the issue by remaking the transactions as something else (maybe deposits?). I can do this, but I fear that it would invalidate the reconciling. Although, this would just be for savings, which has very few # of transactions. Opinions? -- Bry

Paypal

• We need to fix the paypal register by getting the transactions in. Paypal does export quickbooks format, maybe we could use that. (Bry)
  • Would need to figure out what to do with member dues. Should we try to consolidate? Should we just leave it as is? -- Bry

Suspect Vendor

• This is low priority, but everything that is in the Vendor "Suspect", needs to be changed back to its original vendor.

"Fees" department

• Low priority. Need to double check that there are no transactions in here. Afterwards, we should delete it.

Loan account

• Add Bry to the account. Pre-requirement is Derek's step (below).
  • Derek needs to go to a chase bank and "preauthorize" Bry to be added to the ps1 bank account. I'll sign the paperwork later and at a separate branch. You shouldn't need anything besides an id and my name (I should be in their system). You would be adding me as a normal person, and not the president. (Derek)

There are three accounts of the status "uncategorized".

• Uncategorized Expenses
  • No transactions in this account for years 2009-2012. So, done with this part!

• Uncategorized Assets
  • No transactions in this account for years 2009-2012. So, done with this part!

Departments

• In checking: Everything for the years 2009-2012 has a department. So, done with this part!
  • DONE
• In savings: Everything in 2009 has a department. For 2010-2012, we need to just massively assign everything that doesn't already have a department as G&A.
  • DONE

Paypal

• Hef will be sending the rest of the statements to Noony. There are a lot of statements already prepared on an rt ticket, but earlier months are missing. (Hef)
  • Done.

Loan account

• Everett and I have an appointment on Friday with chase to figure out the laser loan account. (Everett & Bry)
• We'll ask:
  • Start paper statements back up for all accounts. We'll have to order from the records department, in which our chase guy is getting quotes for now.
    • Done.
  • Either get online access to loan or statements.
    • Getting online access is complicated. Apparently, there is a personal guarantor on chase loans/credit. This person for our laser loan is Anne Peterson. According to our chase guy, we would have to pretty much "reapply" for the loan. I'm going to recommend that we budget for paying this off next year.
      • Done.
    • We may be able to turn on paper statements in the future, though.
      • Done.
