gen ops - toilets got fixed, AC in woodshop got some love and care. doall bandsaw (cold metals) needs more looking into "bad voltage" means it isn't runnable at the moment.

New Business
- paul: lot of volunteer positions open, woodshop team running on fumes. interviews in next few weeks
- paul: adding a new comms team person.
- paul: planning a new cleaning day, in a few weekends from now, will put on calendar -- proposed date: August 20th
- paul: volunteer appreciation party, hopefully in august
- jesse + jennie - Lydia in arts uncertain about her available budget. jennie will coordinate with Lydia to work out details
Old Business
- paul: gary emailed board for assistance with the volunteer audit, let's get on that, folks
- paul: going to work with alicia to get more events on calendar (people have been posting about table top gaming events recently)
- jennie: taxes are all done!
- paul: tech team wants to do more stuff through Fresh desk
- paul: no updates on the loan
- jennie: what about an information audit -- example, do new member emails make sense? Date: August 13th, morning, at PS1
- jesse: foot pedal making course on hold due to covid, working out logistics of organizing interested peoples
- paul: paul + adam (CNC host) met with solid works. intention to work out what kind of discount they can give us. they were receptive to a license program for any computers in the shop
- paul: saw stop is rough. most of sunday the sawstop was under maintenance. considering trying to get it replaced somehow.
- we haven't pushed sawstop company for a more serious replacement or something. "give us a new one, take this old broken crap back and fix it yourself"
- must consider warranty options in any future purchase, ex: rockler has some kind of 2 year extended warranty, but what is covered?
- new vice president, James Lamken wins by no-contest
- Donzell made a gavel for the president. The board recognizes the the gavel is nice and Donzell did a good job.
