Equipment Out of Order

This page details the process for letting someone know that a piece of equipment is out of order.

If you cause or discover a piece of equipment out of order:

• Put a sign on the machine.
• Let an area host and/or authorizer know via email
• Post to the Google Groups
• Mark the Wiki page as tool is broken

How to help resolve the issue:

• try to find replacement parts
• get authorized on how to perform maintenance on the machine
• document the fix on the wiki so other people know how to do it too
