- Fire extinguishers may be serviced at: CityWide Fire Protection Services, 2919 W. Irving Park Rd, Chicago IL, 60618 - T: 773-539-7831
- Fire extinguishers must have a current service/inspection tag, must be inspected every 12 months.
- Fire extinguishers must be physically tested every 6 years. CityWide does both inspections and testing.
- Fire extinguishers used in a space like PS1 must be at least 5 lb. units; small home extinguishers should not be kept at the space.
