Spaces we looked at in the last week
- Logan Square Location
  - Issues with occupancy and fire code compliance
  - Price is competitive
  - Owner may make some modifications to suit our needs
- Bridgeport Location â Bubbly Dynamics
  - Public transportation within 3 block 22.5 hrs/day (Halsted bus), Ashland â 5 blocks: 24 hours
  - Building supporting sustainable manufacturing
  - Open unit 980 sq ft.
  - Many tenants line up with our shared interests
    - Powdercoaters
    - Metalworkers
    - Fabricators
    - Screen Printers
    - Communal spaces
    - Would be first technology oriented organization
  - 1 Member not able to commute to Bridgeport regularly
    - Possibility of 2nd space on northern side?
      - Needs to be considered based on membership and voting
How the cash flows
- All monies need to be invested in the space including surplus of benefits
- Reserve to be kept in event of emergency
- Spaces not yet called listed in wiki

Bylaws
- Draft finished â based on HACDC
- Draft passed around
- Shoot to vote in next week
- Role as a legal document vs. point of operations: both

Opening Membership
- Founding membership opens today thru next week
- 50 gets membership just like normal
- If you pay through online: $1.50 fee
  - Fee waived with adwords setup, vetoed for now, will be considered.

501c(3)
- Approval takes about 1 year
- Need to have financial records, stable space, other basic infrastructure

Other transactions through google checkout (Donations, Friends of PS:One, etc.)
- Ismael will set up/look into
- Clarification of Friends of PS:One
  - Welcome to the space when open, will not have individual key
