• Issues with the space - Eric.
  • Steve unloaded many issues on Eric that he feel's can jeopardize our lease being renewed.
    • Fringe benefits we once enjoyed are being paired down to only what was agreed to in our contract.
  • Cleanliness
    • Kitchen use is off limits
    • No more community cups.
    • Garage on the whole to be cleared out.
    • Volunteers to clean up are asked for. Will have a sign up sheet.
