Receiving Mail

We generally recommend that you do not receive packages or mail at the space if you don not plan to be present to recieve them.

Mail comes to the front door mailbox of 3519. If you find mail there please leave it. The board will collect mail on day prior to board meetings.

Official PS1 mail will be sorted and dealt with by the board on board meeting nights.

All member mail will go into the member mailbox (somewhere not currently present). We will do our best to contact members for important looking mail, but if you are expecting something please do not wait for the board to contact you, check it regularly.

The member mailbox will be emptied every 2 months, and all mail not picked up will be returned to sender.

Mail for clubs and organizers will go in the member mailbox unless it has been brought to the attention of the board.

All landlord mail will go in the landlord mailbox on the back of 3517 door.
