Reimburse Abbey Specialties electric bill

The electric bill from ComEd is a combination of PS1 and Abbey Specialties (our landlord) and Abbey reimburses us for their share of the bill.
- Frequency: Monthly
- ComEd statement is sent to RT
- send an email to abbeyspecialties (at) gmail -dot- com requesting them to read their meter
- Edit the following columns in the "ComEd bills/payments" spreadsheet on Google Drive
- Add a new row at the bottom if needed
- Bill Date: shown as last meter Read Date
- Due Date: shown in upper right corner
- Abbey Read: enter the landlord's meter reading
- Abbey RDate: enter the landlord's meter read date (optional)
- Total KWH: enter the electricity supply kWh from the bill
- Total New $: enter the Total Current Charges from the bill
- Create RT ticket for Abbey Reimbursement
- ComEd autopay is sent to RT
- Merge RT tickets for bill and for payment
- Reclassify RT ticket to Treasury
