Membership count

 Total: 402 (A record! First time over 400!)

Just out of curiosity, has the membership list been audited against paypal recently? Records are nice and all, but there may be not-members in that count. As I'm sure most of the board members are aware, the list of members is not something that keeps itself up to date. ;-) --Justin (talk) 20:47, 28 April 2015 (CDT)

My understanding is that the Board is doing a reasonably good job keeping the member site up to date with PayPal cancellations. But no full audit has been done since the 2014 Board did this. --Rdpierce (talk) 01:36, 29 April 2015 (CDT)

The membership count given in the board meetings generally only concerns the current membership. It's important, not just for bragging rights, but also for determining what quorum should be for member votes, among other things. --Justin (talk) 16:05, 29 April 2015 (CDT)

Additional Coverage for Parties

 PS:One Birthday Party - Will need scheduled coverage. Insurance agent provided us with a form. On hold because nobody is organizing this.

FYI, this is not something we figured in when we were creating the budget for this year. I don't know how much the extra coverage costs. I'm sure we can fit it in.
