Authorize the board to spend..

'[M]aybe open with this instead, "Authorize the board, or someone the board designates, to spend..." '

As we're only set up for board members to have access to the bank account, I'd rather the vote only focus on authorizing them to throw the money at the cabinet stuff. This should cover reimbursing someone else who grabs a cabinet. Negativek (talk) 11:50, 4 January 2014 (CST)
