Tanning Station: One
Tanning Station: One is an interest group for those interested in learning and sharing knowledge about leather, leather crafting, tooling, and using leather in DIY projects.
What do we do?
At a typical TS:One meeting, you might see the following:
- Show-and-Tell of your latest leather craft project
- Topic presentation
- how tanning works, when to use [X] stitch, etc
- Skill/Technique demonstration
- How to sew a double-gusset
- Q/A Session
- Work session
When, Where, and How Often?
Our first meeting will be held on Sunday, February 15th, 2015.
As this is a brand-new interest group, a lot is up in the air right now. We will probably make some quick decisions on things like date, frequency, agenda, etc... so try to be there if you're interested in being a regular attendee!
The Name
TS:One is by no means the ultimate name for this group. Come to our first meeting on 2/15/15 with some suggestions and we'll pick the best one!
