Vote to Upgrade Cleaning Service

Two years ago we voted to get a cleaning service for the space when we were approximately 300 members in size. We have been satisfied overall, with our current service. They have kept our space as clean as can be expected given that we contracted for a cleaning frequency of every other week. We have grown from 300+ to 400+ members and we have signed the lease to double the size of the space, which includes 2 more bathrooms. To support the doubling of the office space which include 2 more bathrooms, we need to increase the scope of our contracted service. To improve the conditions of our space, we need to increase the cleaning frequency to weekly.
We currently have service every other week at a rate of $100 per cleaning @ a frequency of every other week, for a yearly cost of $2,600. We asked for and received a quote from our current vendor for expanding the existing service to cover the new area of the building and they have quoted us $180 per cleaning @ a frequency of once a week, for a yearly cost of $9,360. The service is for cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen, floors in the lounge and upstairs, and tabletops in the lounge and upstairs (does not include upstairs counters on the edge of the room).
Our current service provider is Flying Broomstick. They have excellent references and their contact, is Izabela. They try to use environmentally friendly products and they are insured.
Authorize the board to upgrade our cleaning service to cover the existing office areas and bathrooms plus the office space and bathrooms in the new areas of the building. While we are currently invoiced separately for each cleaning, the board is authorized to contract with a cleaning service provider for weekly service, up to a maximum of $10,500 annually. The $10,500 includes a 12% buffer above our existing quote to provide some budget headroom, if at some later time due to quality issues, the board opts to seek a different vendor.
