New Location Requirements

Space Requirements

  • 5000 sq. ft. - 10000 sq. ft
  • move in date before February 1st, 2012
  • Light industrial or C1 zoning rating
  • We will probably need about 1/2 to 1 month to move into the new space

Utilities

  • adequate plumbing--we need a bathroom that doesn't smell
  • Decent heating/control of our own heating
  • Good power - we only have 110V/15A and 220V/15A breakers we need, at least, access to 220V/30A and, ideally, access to 3-phase
  • access to water in the space

Architecture

  • a real kitchen - room to move around in
