Background
The electronics lab requires $4800 for the next fiscal year (FY 2017-18) to be able to sustain and extend the capabilities of the lab. Next fiscal year the electronics lab will be seeking to build out more of the surface mount inventory and implement an organizational structure to support such capabilities.

Authorize the board to spend up to $X to cover Electronics Area expenditures for the fiscal year of 2017. The board may assign this spending authority to the area host. This spending authorization expires 2017-12-31.
