Background

We need a solution to give area hosts an easy way to spend their budgets. Introducing Chase Ink Cash Business Credit Card.

Why credit and not debit?

After looking through the options available from chase, this card will allow us to do the following:

• Set individual limits for each area host card
• Not give chase any more of the area host's information besides name
• (practically) Unlimited cards for each of the area hosts for free

Why not X card from chase? None of the other options give us what we want without charging us per month, per account/card.

Why not just give debit card to the main account? No. Just, no.

Language

In the membership agreement, replace the following sentence: "The recommended consequence shall be put into effect if approved by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors plus one member."

With this: "The recommended consequence shall be put into effect if approved by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors plus one member. Board members may recuse themselves from the vote at their discretion, and must recuse themselves if they are involved in the situation. The remaining board shall select another member to fill the recused director's role. Former board members are strongly preferred for that role, but not strictly required."
