Purpose
A local realization of wikipedia:Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), using a Datum LPRO wikipedia:Rubidium_standard. Accuracy is about +/- 1 second in 3,000 years. Time information will be made available publicily via wikipedia:Network Time Protocol (NTP). An in-house display is TBD.

Notes
User:Kuroishi, aka Doorman Dave gave his support to this project on 2015-03-08.

The LPRO controller is currently not implement and not required for use. It will use an Arduino to monitor BITE (self test), LAMP VOLT, XTAL V MON and allow external C-Field control, to adjust the atomic resonance frequency and keep in sync with UTC.

The webcam and counter are for ongoing comparisons between the local frequency standard and GPS.

The Oncore UT+ timing receiver is accurate to 50ns, which is about how long it takes light to travel 50 feet.
