Come to Order - 7:20pm

• We have 26 members, and 14 votes, so online quarum.
  • Dissolution has passed.
  • WiMax close

• $$$ (Ishmael) Stabalized

• Need to focus on getting a new place
  • Possibility to Co-Locate (open source hardware guy, etc)
  • Make us a more attractive tenant and more affordable.
  • Mercury cafe still open

• Meetings moved to every week, starting now.
