Minutes

• One of the new landlords has signed the lease but the co-owner is out of the country for a little while
• Brian will see if the new landlords will give us a key early to move stuff in
• Move website: moving
• Action items for the move
  • We need keys ASAP
  • We need to set up utilities installation
  • The network needs to be designed and laid out
  • the floors need to be cleaned, painted?, and taped off for new spaces
  • We need to see if we can get access by this weekend.
  • The board wants to hire movers
  • The membership will be polled about hiring movers.
