• should we hire an accountant to help Steve with the audit so we can file for 501 faster? [hailey] [Josh]
• do we like quick books? If so we should vote today to authorize $ for continuing our subscription
• open up applications for tool cage captain? Wanna ask/delegate Triano and Adrianna to help?
• Discuss: potentially discontinue yearly full membership at $700 prepaid.

• • Tangentially discuss: Is payment plan in zoho as a field, and if not, where is it kept? It's hard to tell how someone pays if it isn't paypal and you aren't steve.

• Status of money owed by the old landlord. (Eric). We are working on sending information to a separate attorney.

• steve has done a bunch of researches with quickbooks online & has set up our 'departments' - for budgets. steve has also learned how to do excel imports into QBO but
• discuss templates - if we give someone a point, we should tell them. bry is making herself a trello for this.
• signing checks - eric signed a check to guardian. bry got sassy at him about it.
• bry will tell skilton and kevin they have points

• no update on bank/chase cards
  • bry will look at baxter credit union w/adam (he works there)
• no waiver address/other issues fix yet
• bryanna is emailing someone at UIC about the flourish wrapup paperwork we need a new copy
• liability insurance potential issues - no update
• amazon payments - let's not try to use with new membership system

• mill project vote will be proposed tonight, looks like 50/50 split between member pledges and ps1 funds
• no progress on equip loan agreement
• name will be used in ban email, bry and eric are doing it tonight
• steve doing beagle bone invoice tonight
• kuperman paypal issue - he's still marked as discontinued. he fixed his paypal, he's now updated in paypal.
• area host discussion - vote ryan and josh were editing needs a bit more work & then getting proposed
• tool cage area hosts - bry is disussiong requirements for the role now and will open applications on the list soon.
• josh is sending a survey out about payment preferences
• ryan wanted to know of DoB is in zoho - there is a field, but we aren't using it.
• no update on audit, we're getting stuff into QBO
