• Mail: letters for members and a comed payment receipt.
• Membership report: the members site is down, and we cannot look up the report yet.
• Financial report
  • PayPal balance: $2,576.56 USD
  • Chase: $82,557.96
  • Pex: 5401.84
• Member leaving reason report: deferred til next week.
• Check RT:
  • Andrew needs to add an OK to RT tickets 3310 3309 and 3308 for reimbursement
  • No quorum for voting on member points
• Trello is not being used
• Review complaints: deferred til next week.
• Check talk page for previous minutes: There are no comments.

  • Member site is down:
    • today we will check IDs in to a google doc and add them when it is back.
    • tomorrow Sheila will be around later in the afternoon and evening and can check IDs.
