• Chase - Interest changes for laser loan for 2015
• IRS - 501c3 - update letter - we should receive our determination 90 days from 1/13/16. If they need further information we will receive that information within 180 days.

• Doesn't think they have time to come here and work on projects.
• Family moved to Costa Rico, clearer up-to-date list of equipment would have helped, instructional videos after authorization
• Snowbird in Hawaii, more beer (Ray things Hawaii would suck.)
• Moved to Portland, frustrated that equipment wasn't always working when wanted to work
• Haven't used PS1, enjoyed working here, difficult to get certifications because of work obligations, wiki isn't always updated
• Wasn't able to use the space
• Moved out of town, can't afford to pay while away

• Table a discussion to create a Bylaws Committee someone will have to consult with lawyers and everything has been tabled until the new board has been elected and starts

• Transition meeting next Tuesday for old and new board. Meeting scheduled for Jan. 26 at 7pm
