Auth/Use Notes

These notes are for reference after authorization by a person.

Only use drills and accessories with correct shank taper and tang

Work piece needs secure mounting due to spindle's high torque

No through hole (table designed for coolant), must use vise or spoil layer

No quill stop, must set table or head height to prevent drilling into table

Don't force gear selectors, hand turn spindle as needed to align gears

Gears reverse spindle, must turn power switch to appropriate side for correct spindle rotation direction

Power switch has two speeds to each side

Drill shanks must be firmly seated in taper

To remove drill, align slots in spindle, insert wedge, grasp drill, tap wedge with hammer

To-Do

Clean drill shanks

Mill pocketed vise jaw flat

More clamps matching table T-slots
