Hack Your Coffee and Share Your Experiences!

This page is intended to keep 'lessons learned' of all of our roasting experiences. The goal here is, first, if you have found a particularly tasty roast time and bean type, share it with everyone! Second, for those roasts that may not have been perfect, post your experiences here so that others can tweak if they so choose.

If you wish to be particularly excellent, please contribute some beans to share a pot of coffee with PS:1! Simply sublot enough beans to brew a pot of coffee, place in a sandwich-sized baggie, and hang on one of the coat hangers near the "Pumping Station: Yum" sign.

Finally, don't forget to give feedback to the roaster! Constructive criticism on taste, roasting time, and other factors shall always be welcomed and appreciated.
