Here is how to use the signup system:

Create an account at SignupGenius.com using the same email that you use for the PS1 member portal.

The signup system is a new, experimental approach to provide members with maximum information about the occupancy of PS1 Areas. We ask for your feedback, and we will tweak the system together as we learn what works and what doesn’t.

If people routinely ignore the signups and the Areas become dangerously crowded, the Board will deactivate fob access to the building and implement more restrictive measures for occupancy control.

5. Practice social distancing and maintain at least six feet of separation whenever possible.

7. Keep the lights and fans on to minimize touching of the same surfaces as much as possible.

8. No eating or cooking food in PS1. The kitchen is closed for cooking and preparing food and drink until further notice. However, you can use the refrigerator to store food and drink that you plan on consuming outside of PS1.

Spray bottles of 70% alcohol are located everywhere throughout PS1. Use them liberally!

Do not spray directly on exposed electronics. For keyboards, spray a paper towel with alcohol, then wipe the surface of the keys with the wet towel.
  
9.Clean and disinfect surfaces, bathrooms, Personal Protective Equipment, tools and your hands before and after use by thoroughly spraying everything with the provided 70% alcohol or use additional personal gloves (e.g. when working with the sand blaster) to avoid touching surfaces.

10. Wash your hands upon entering the space and frequently while using the space. Wash thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, then rinse and dry.

Upon receiving a report, the Board will move your next payment due date 14 days ahead, so that your dues will be not be charged while you self-quarantine. Your fob will be deactivated during this 14 day period.

The Board may use self-quarantine reports to alert others about possible virus exposure while maintaining strict confidentiality.

We expect every member to abide by the above requirements, but we realize that in a community as large as ours, there may be concerns about non-compliance. If you notice people walking around without face masks or not following other rules, please ask them politely and directly to correct that behavior. The Board has created a private, secure method for members to report a positive COVID-19 test. Please use (bit.ly/PS1covidSelfReport)  to self-report a a COVID-19 positive status. We will use your report to alert others about possible contact. We will not mention anyone by name. You may also request a waiver of your membership dues as you self isolate.

Click the link above for the area you want to sign up in.

Find the time slot you want to sign up for and click the white box next to "Sign Up"

Click "sign up now", the big green button at the bottom of the screen.

Enter your name and the EMAIL ADDRESS you use to log in to PS!.

Click "sign up now" and you're done!
