The Board has created a private, secure method for members to report a positive COVID-19 test. Please use (bit.ly/PS1covidSelfReport)  to self-report a a COVID-19 positive status. We will use your report to alert others about possible contact. We will not mention anyone by name. You may also request a waiver of your membership dues as you self isolate.

How to use signup genius:

Click the link above for the area you want to sign up in.

Find the time slot you want to sign up for and click the white box next to "Sign Up"

Click "sign up now", the big green button at the bottom of the screen.

Enter your name and the EMAIL ADDRESS you use to log in to PS!.

Click "sign up now" and you're done!
