All Certifications require membership.
On the Laser Cutter
Come To CNC Office hours, 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
On The 3D Printer
Come To CNC Office hours, 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
On Metal Shop Basic Tools
The bandsaw, drill press, grinders/sanders, et cetera are under a Tier 1 certification process. Monitor the mailing list for class announcements.
On The Metal Lathe
Anna Yu performs Lathe Certification Every Tuesday. You must email her first.
This currently requires Tier 1 certification.
On The Bridgeport Mill
JP is hosting classes on the third Saturday of each month. Check the mailing list for updates, potentially under the "Bridgeport JFDI" thread.
This currently requires Tier 1 certification.
On Wood Shop Tools
Come to wood shop office hours on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 9:00pm to 10:00pm
On the Welders
Talk/e-mail to User:Fitterdave, he is in town once every 3 weeks, and lists his availability on his user page (along with email address?).
On the Industrial Serger Sewing Machine
Shellie Lewis holds office hours Wednesdays at 7:00pm and gives instruction on the Serger Sewing Machine.
On The Front Door
You have to come to Orientation on the 4th Sunday of the month at 4:00pm and get your ID verified by 2 board members.
