As the membership continues to grow and add users both who are technical competent but not necessarily knowledgable about the various software systems at PS1 it will be useful to have a process that acts as a funnel for new members to add ssh (and perhaps, where necessary gpg keys) to key infrastructure systems, such as the vms presently running much of our software services.

This process could be as easy as a set time that overlaps with one of the groups that meet in the space, such as Python Office hours or Electronics office hours. It could also be set so that someone will be at board or member meetings.

It would be nice if this process was routed through one of the hacktops, allowing anyone who is authorized to merely be at the space, they wouldn't need to have a laptop or phone with them
