Loaned Tool Agreement

Per the Membership agreement, members who wish to loan tools to the space need to fill out a copy of the loaned tool agreement, get the relevant area host to sign the agreement, and submit the agreement to a member of the board.

Loaned tools that have a wiki page should be marked as belonging to the "Loaned Equipment" category. Not all pages in that category necessarily have officially signed loaned tool agreements, but they should.
