- Distribution of Chaos Computer Club Cologne's Design Patterns For Starting A Hacker Space & HacDC's Sample Bylaws
- Reviewed samples of bylaws
- Changes to fit Pumping Station: One, such as voting standards
- Discussed Hackerspaces.org - listing of local area hacker spaces

- Non Profit Paperwork
- File for 501(c)(3) status
- After getting 501(c)(3) we can work with the city on support & resources

- Must have named board members (Not necessarily governing structure) including President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer
