      • Negatives include location, lack of 24 hr transport nearby, space.

      • Space shared with Freegeek
      • Basement with about 8800 sq feet (proposed rent less than $1000)
      • Condition is minimal, bare walls, needs fire code renovations to comply with membership size
        • Jerry (owner) is willing to foot the bill for a lot of the renovations
      • Division between two spaces needs to be upgraded from chain link fence
      • Occupancy probably limited to 60~80
    • Eric moves to bring space decision negotiations to a vote
      • Motion passes
    • Vote to enter negotiations with Jerry (Diversey & Kimball) or Bubbly Dynamics for space there.
