add "Other policies regarding pre-requisites and requirements for membership and joining procedures may be created and modified by a vote of the Board of Directors." To the end of the Eligibility for Membership at Any Tier paragraph. you can find more info here[1]

Affirm that the Board of Directors should then consider adding attendance of N00bs' Paradise as pre-requesite for membership, required within 3 months of joining.
