• Intro to the Makerspace

• New People (name - where did you hear about us - what do you make/hack)
  • Jaun, heard about us via a friend, is interesting in arts and things
  • Dave, heard about us via word of mouth in library, 3d printed iphone cover

• Introduction of Board and Area Hosts

  • 2 wires keep falling down in the front entry way

  • Tom built a blast shield thing on the shopbot
  • Arturo did an electronic bug zapper thing
  • Ed and Ana loaned a kick-ass hobart welder (spelling)

• What have you been hacking
  • a person is hacking together a 3d printing class 9/30 wednesday
  • a person learned about LEDs and current limiting and where to start his project
  • a person got an induction heater to work and melted a lot of thigns

• Announcements
  • next monday, Electronic office hours at 7pm
  • 3d printing class 9/30 wednesday
  • tool cage office hours this week are rescheduled to some time next week
  • not this weekend but the next is Milwaukee maker fair and people will be there and help build noise makers
