  • Two lightbulbs need to be replaced in Arts & Crafts

  • Remove the soda fridge that does not work - take parts from it if you want, and let's call a scrapper to pick it up
  • Trash needs to be taken out
  • Take care of items that were ticketed in the wood shop
  • Clean out the dust collector
  • Stomping kitchen ants

What have you been hacking

  • Carl has been in an epic battle with his drain & tree roots / collapsed pipe(?) and shared a great liveblog to the list
  • Shellie fixed a massive bust of the Thing by sanding and repainting it
  • Jennie rehabilitated a rescued palm tree with some literal hacking
  • Carl is working on a camera for a drain

Announcements

  • Birthday party is on April 2nd (THIS SATURDAY) at 5 pm - we're turning 7!
    • Sock tie-dying, lock-picking, wall-painting, meat- & non-meat-grilling
  • Plans for expansion are posted around the space and on the mailing list
    • Aushra, Jennie, Lyn, Maria, Everett are here tonight if you have feedback
    • Or share feedback on the mailing list
  • Free, libre, and open source software conference is Friday and Saturday at UIC
  • Tomorrow night - Bike night, 7 pm
    • If the wheel is bent, can we fix that in the shop?
      • Bring it in, and we'll see how bad it is.
  • Lovetech is looking for collaborators
    • Looking for projects that involve LEDs, projections, interactivity, etc.
