Language
1. Add the words "Other policies regarding pre-requisites and requirements for membership and joining procedures may be created and modified by a vote of the Board of Directors." To the end of the Eligibility for Membership at Any Tier paragraph of the bylaws.
2. Affirm that the Board of Directors should then consider adding attendance of N00bs' Paradise as pre-requesite for membership, required within 3 months of joining.
