Background
As part of the Sprawl, Dan (the landlord) agreed to pay up to $2000 toward replacing the front door. We've received 3 quotes for that, and it's going to be about $3000. Since Dan is going to be reimbursing us and not paying up front, We need to vote to spend this money. Dan has said he will reimburse us after the fact (up to $2000)
Language
Authorize the Board of Directors to spend up to $3500 to replace the front door. Authorization expires 6 months after the vote is accepted.
