Billing Survey

This survey was written to collect Member feedback regarding a number of issues surrounding collection of Dues and Membership Signup. It was sent to almost all of the membership Tuesday October 8th, 2013. It was sent to "almost all" of the membership due to a 250/day outbound email restriction in Zoho. It was posted to the Member's List on October 11th. As of Monday October 14th, 2013 only 32% of the entire Membership has responded to the survey.

It is a Google Form, with results automatically saved to a Google spreadsheet.

Upon > 50% of the membership completing the survey or Friday October 18th 2013, whichever is first, the summarized results of the survey will be made public. The survey will no longer accept entries on October 18th, 2013.
