Evan Lewis: These are the furniture/art guys next door. Apparently they're willing to help us learn to weld.

Just filling this in with basics, we should nice-ify it with addresses and such eventually.

- call ahead--there is usually a very long line, and they don't take reservations

- Absurdly expensive margaritas that aren't very good
