We have 4 of these vacuums. There doesn't appear to be any information online about this model but it may be a version of [http://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-16-gal-5-0-Peak-HP-Wet-Dry-Vac-WD1640/300114266 this one] from Home Depot.
We now have 3 of these vacuums (Originally there were 4, one was destroyed by accident, and one doesn't have a name or a label yet). Known issues: blown fuses can be replaced. Some replacements are better than others. Ron Bean identified a better fuse.
