Site Redesign

Site Layout
This layout is based on conversations about needs and wants for an ideal PS1 website, research into other hacker space websites, etc.
The site will appear differently to anonymous visitors than it will to members.
- Anonymous visitors will see everything except for the "Members" link.
- In place of the "Members" link, there will be a "Join" link to explain how to become a member of PS1.
- The Home Page will include a login for members.
- Once logged in, the entire "Members" subsection of the site will become visible and accessible.
