Member Leaving Report

The feedback on the member leaving report had:

• would like to have had more "How to use" instruction available for use of tools in the space beyond basic authorization
• Would like to have better info on the wiki, with suggestion to add support for members

I can't remember the details about what the person would have liked to see on the wiki. I am curious what new members think about the wiki when they join. Is it useful? What would they like to see on the landing page? For members who have been here a while, what do they wish they knew when they started? I want some answers to those questions and then maybe we can have a better landing page for new members (or everyone).
