: This was put in the agenda a while back as an anti-embezzlement measure. The board was supposed to review all recent bank and PayPal transactions at each meeting to look for anything suspicious. ATM cash withdrawals, payments to taxi companies or restaurants, etc. would all be red flags. It wasn't done by the 2015 board. It's also not supposed to be answered with a number; I'm guessing that's an account balance that really belongs in the financial report. I don't see a PayPal balance listed; could that be it? --[[User:Rdpierce|Rdpierce]] ([[User talk:Rdpierce|talk]]) 14:21, 3 December 2015 (CST)

I'm just trying to reorganize this page so that the notes from the meeting are actually in the minutes section instead of mixed with the agenda. I found the following:

   * Review the paypal and banking transactions.
   $18,946.89

I don't know what that number is supposed to represent. Should it actually be part of the financial report? My memory isn't good enough to recall when it was mentioned during the meeting. Justin (talk) 10:45, 2 December 2015 (CST)

This was put in the agenda a while back as an anti-embezzlement measure. --Rdpierce (talk) 14:21, 3 December 2015 (CST)
I meant specifically what that number meant. It was recorded in the wrong place in the meeting notes and I don't know what it means. Justin (talk) 17:30, 11 December 2015 (CST)
I looked at the PayPal balance when I was writing the above comments and it didn't match that number, so I wasn't sure. But that might just mean that Brian already had transferred money out of PayPal to Chase. Justin (talk) 17:32, 11 December 2015 (CST)
