Space planning committees

Leave comments here about the consent agenda for the committee creation.

Frequency of reports

Rather than biweekly, how about we suggest that they make a report for each board meeting, since that's the time that the board would likely review them. Justin (talk) 17:07, 11 December 2015 (CST)

Space Planning Safety and Fitness Committee

I think we should make the goal of this committee to come up with requirements for the landlord before we move in. Most of these things are the kinds of things that the landlord should make sure are in good order before we occupy the space and start paying rent. With that in mind, I think we need to set a real timeline for this committee. We need to have ample time to make requests to the landlord and give him time to fix issues before a proposed move in date. Justin (talk) 17:11, 11 December 2015 (CST)
