Changes

For anyone curious about the 501(c)(3) status as mentioned in the minutes. The gist of it is that we got a letter from the IRS stating that our status was automatically revoked due to not responding to some previous notice (possibly in May 2015?). The letter we got doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me right now and I've shared it with our lawyers to help us understand what's going on and what we need to do to correct this.
