Execution of Purchase
- Currently, you have the BOD as the authorized spender. From previous conversations, it sounds like you wanted to buy this at auction. That should bake Dean the authorized spender. I'd also like a little more detail in the background section if that is still the case. - Not at auction. The seller of the candidate machine is the same company that we bought the DoAll from. A PS1 check to them would be fine. dean
- I've pulled the part about "9 months rent". The space already doesn't eat past the 8 month buffer (about $30k) unless it's for legal or safety. --Hef (talk) 08:30, 6 November 2014 (CST)
