What is the purpose of this vote?

Agree. I don't think I like the idea of voting on "non-binding resolutions." The conversation about whether or not the board should have any policy-making power should happen in the framework of clarifying what policy is, in the context of this organization, and how it's enacted. --Dbever (talk) 09:35, 13 May 2015 (CDT)
