:We asked our insurance broker two weeks ago if expanding to the space next door would increase our premiums at all. He said it would not because our premiums are not based on the amount of square footage we occupy, but more based on the number of members we have. From what I understand, he often gives us conflicting information at different times, so this information could be wrong, but it's the best information we have to go on at this time.
