Amanda Clothier here, writing as A. Catherine Noon. I'm a novelist, textile artist, and I love to make things. During the day, I work in the insurance and financial services industry.

I founded Writer Zen Garden, a writing group supporting writers in all stages of their creative process from beginning to get onto the page through publicizing their work and building their brand. Together with PS1 member Lyn, I host Prompt Circles, Artist Way Clusters, and other events at the space and at nearby locations.

I am an avid knitter and textile artist. I can teach hand knitting, lace design, basic crochet, needlepoint, and embroidery. I am learning to weave and want to get better using a sewing machine.
