I am a Director at Large and you can email me for help with the space. If you want to send email that will be private and confidential to the board, you can use the private-help mailing list. Anyone can post to it, but only subscribed board members can read it. I am the list admin.

Smoothed octagons are the worse shape you can get for tiling. it would be weird to cut some out and then try and rotate them in a physical medium.
