About Me

I host events at PS1 and generally try to help out whereever I can. I'm currently trying to help with blogging, education at the space, and Makerfaires. I've helped run PS:Yum events and just started the Newbie Programmers' Office Hours. I would really like to assist in the creation of more volunteer positions at PS: One, including a Community Manager/Newbie Wrangler. I would also like to see PS: One form stronger connections amongst its members and the community as a whole.

I've been a part of the space for at least 4 years. I'm trying to get better at programming, but it's a very slow process. I write very occasionally and haphazardly. I am very interested in artificial intelligence, neuroscience, psychology, economics, philosophy, physics, political science, and history.

-The “gameification” of career discovery. This is a text MMORPG (massively multi-player online roleplaying game) in which the goal is to choose what you want to do.
