Background

This is a proposal to authorize the PS:1 Board of Directors to spend up to $6000 on the purchase of a large format printer to replace the defunct Epson Stylus Pro 9800.

The 2d area host will decide which printer to purchase based on maintaining the current level of quality and expanding on usability.
