Background

The space has many drills and impact drivers of all different brands, battery types, and levels of brokenness.
It would be easier to guarantee a charged drill at all times with one brand and one type of battery.

Language

We authorize the board to spend up to $600 acquiring drills, impact drivers, and accessories.
We authorize the board to dispose of any current drill/drivers in the space at their discretion.
We authorize Casey Olson to make the final decision about what to purchase and what to dispose. He will post receipts to the wiki.
The spending and disposal authority will expire 90 days after it goes into effect.
